Growing scientific evidence suggests that DHA is the most preferential Omega-3, with DHA comprising 95% or more of the Omega-3 fatty acids found in the brain and eyes. Blood levels of DHA are 3-4 times higher than EPA, making this product helpful for maternal and childhood development, as well as brain development, and eye and cardiovascular health. DHA may also assist in healthy aging. Ultra Pure Fish Oil 675 High DHA softgels have a pleasant lemon flavor.
